If you are not already doing this, maybe you should!

With “work from home” being the norm right now, employees are increasingly feeling isolated and disconnected from their colleagues. They miss the interaction and socialising aspect of being in the office. The latest trend is to set up coffee or lunch meetings, where everyone in the team prepares their own coffee/lunch and they meet via Zoom or Teams (with cameras on) and just socialise for an hour or so. No work to be discussed. In our own setup we had a formal meeting last week, which just naturally evolved into a social meeting and it did the whole team a world of good!

We all feel connected again!
